A delicious wine that will go superbly with pear tart, Apple strudel and anything involving orchard fruits! You get those flavours in it with hints citrus giving acidic nudges. Sublime.

Producer

Having been passed down for several generations, with thw house dating back to 1842, the winery is located in the heart of the Lasseube hillsides south of Pau, facing the Pyrenees at an altitude of 380m. Winemaker, Sebastien, strives to highlight the particularity of the Jurancon grape varieties, using the knowledge of his ancestors and his own passion for the industry. 

The Domaine has been officially labelled Organic Agriculture since 2010 and has respected biodynamic practices for 5 years with the hope to become certified in this aspect within the comind years.
