Wiston Estate Brut NV 75cl

£27.95 £31.95

Tasting Note: “A steely, malic bouquet of dew-speckled Granny Smith apples, wet limestone and a touch of petrichor (rain after hot weather). It is almost like Blanc de Blancs, reserved yet engaging" Neal Martin

Producer: Richard and Kirsty Goring, with winemaker Dermot Sugrue, has seen Wiston really become a leading force in English fizz. They have the same chalk soil as the Cote des blancs in Champagne, and by using a 50 year old Coquard press, their gentle pressing means that they get great juice and with their back catalogue of reserve wines going back to 2009, they can really make a superb non-vintage.

Country: England | Region: South Downs | Alcohol: 12% | Grapes: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier
