Producer

A wonderful producer that has been passed from father to son for five generations. The small wine estate is located in the village of Pouilly in the heart of the Pouilly-Fuisse appellation, while cultivating 5 hectares of Pouilly-Fuisse, 3 hectares of Macon-Fuisse, 1 hectare of Macon-Charnay and 1 hectare of Saint-Amour.

The quality of wine is not determined only by its taste but also by the methods they use to produce them and this motivates their commitment to organic farming principles and make sure that their vines do not receive any synthetic herbicides or pesticides.

All of the grapes are harvested by hand and then pressed for 5 hours and the juice is then vinified with natural yeasts in 3 to 15-year-old barrels and also in foudres and cement vats.

Their objective is to preserve their terroirs and to manage our vineyard as naturally as possible.
