A modern style Fiano - very bright with clean citrus flavours surrounding a core of mountain peach and ripe quince that leads to a lively finish.

Larry Cherubino wants his wines to be distinctive and to speak clearly of their cariety and vineyard site. Paying meticulous attention to the vineyard, canopy and water management is at the forefront of his mind, only picking the grapes at the right time and puting minimal intervention into the winery. He makes his wines under the Laissez Faire label which are the ultimate expression of the site on which it is made, only made in small batches from hand-harvested grapes. This range of wines are all natural.
