Four friends, all of whom have had work experience in Burgundy, wanted to make wines using grapes that are native to the Penedes region, some of which are almost extinct. Entirely organic, they don't polute mother nature with herbicides, fungicides, pesticides or any other 'cide'. They also have a nicely scruffy vineyard by letting the grape leaves that fall to compost on the ground. Essentially, all natural!
