Wines for a Turkey Christmas Dinner

These are a selection of our wines that we think go perfectly with a traditional Christmas dinner of Turkey with all the trimmings. The whites are aimed to work with the delicate turkey but still have enough character to balance out the stronger flavours of the side dishes. The reds are lighter styles, lower in tannin and are there to bring a fruity accompaniment to the dishes.

Add in a few dessert wines to go with the Christmas pudding, a fortified wine or two for the cheeseboard and some fizz for before the meal, and all that is left to do is cook the meal!
