A wine of numbers! Seventy percent of this wine is from a single vintage, and thirty percent from reserve wines (and an equal split of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.) Then of those reserve wines, thirty percent is from wine stored in oak barrels that are a blend of wines from 30 different years - a bit like a sherry solera.
What does all this mean? An outstanding Champagne, that is what! Complex nutty, vanilla, spice and candied fruit aromas with a beautiful balanced palate.
Only 2500 bottles are produced.
