From the plain that, in the middle ages, was inhabited by bandits, you were literally taking your life in God's hands when you crossed it. Now covered in vineyards, this area is a stony, rugged place where the vines really have to struggle. You barely get one bottle of wine per vine! A GSM, it offers dark, earthy aromas and concentrated black berry fruit.
