Squeeze a red grape and the juice you get is clear. Therefore, it is possible to make a white wine out of red grapes and that is what they have done here with Pinot Noir. Very floral with roses and violets coming out of the glass with a little saline character to keep everything in check. Basically it tastes quite Champagne-y just without the bubbles.
