"Pink grapefruit, fresh lime, floral, juicy gooseberry, capsicum (bell pepper) and a subtle smoky note combine to produce a complex, intriguing nose. The palate is zesty, concentrated, dry and chalky with nettle, green capsicum and citrus flavours. it is fleshy and textural and leaves a delicious lasting impression."
What a wine - truffles, honey, cooked peaches and a lovely long, semi sweet palate. A fabulous example of a sweeter Vouvray. Wine available Mid May 2018. Contains Sulphites
Grenache comes to the fore, a super balance of fruit and spice. Fennel comes out with jammy red berries and spice. A lovely Chateauneuf du Pape from this great producer....
"Oyster shells, a little smoke and then lemon coming out. A nice, well balanced palate, good acidity, easy and with a hint of baked apple on the finish. Good"
