Honeysuckle, guava, pineapple with some smoke from reduction and barrel fermentation which seductively lingers in the nose. Pineapple and cream on the palate; this is unabashedly 2015 White Burgundy. Crisp acidity and some light phenolics pull the wine in from getting too big and the slatey finish brings it together.
