A lovely bright summery wine with lots of gentle fresh fruit. Good balance, nice melon hints and a long, spicy, fresh finish.

Michel Raynaud returned to his family domaine in 1995 after a career working for one of the largest wine producing groups in the Languedoc. This was to be his retirement project. There are 40 hectares of vines, centred on the village of Montseret. Michel states that the coolness of this site means he doesn’t make ‘Mediterrenean wines’...
