Chase Distillery
HEREFORDSHIRE, ENGLAND
Growing up in Herefordshire, William Chase spent twenty years selling his potatoes to supermarkets, when he realised he needed to do something else. In 2002 he decided to become reattached to his product and started Tyrrell's potato chips. Success followed and a couple of years later he thought it might be an idea to make potato vodka, and Chase Distillery was born, but it took four years to make the first batch of spirit in June 2008.
Expanding into making gin as well as vodka was the next step and we love their spirits and the entrepreneurial attitude of William Chase, and are really pleased to be stocking their products.
