The Moulis en Medoc appellation sits between Margaux and Saint Julien and has a long respected terroir, although slightly under the radar today. Mauvesin Barton has 55 hectares under vine, comprising 54% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon and 11% Cabernet Franc. The average age of the vines is 35 years.
