Tasting Note

A delicious elegant wine with a bit of robust fruit structure giving depth and interest. Then you have the lovely farmyardy character too which gives a savoury backbone.

Producer

Located in the town of Echevronne, a charming village in the Hautes Cotes de Beaune, the farm is family-owned and run by Pierre Cornu and his wife, Bernadette Camus, both coming from a family of winegrowers. In 2008, their daughter, Lydia, joined the company, becoming co-manager of the Domaine, and later in 2009, Lydia's husband, Christophe Pertuzot, joined the family business.

They aim to respect the environment by carrying our only sustainable treatments as well as harvesting manually each year.
