Producer

This 300 hectare estate in the Vino de la Terra area Valdevimbre in Castilla y Leon has been planted with Prieto Picudo, Tempranillo along with some Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. The vineyards are 650 metres above sea level consisting of red alluvial soils with a high stone content. Prieto Picudo, which was originally used for rose wines, is a native grape of the area and is called so because of the shape of the bunches of grapes which are compact and oval.
