North Point Pilot Rum 70cl

Tasting Note: Created in a copper pot still on the north coast of Scotland, this has ingredients ethically sourced in the Caribbean and then matured for a year in Highland Whisky Casks. A great rum for drinking neat due to its lovely butterscotch aroma, with hints of lemon and pear.

Producer: Established in 2020 by Struan Mackie and Alex MacDonalad, this distillery is just a few miles from Thurso, and all their products are influenced by the local area.
